Description

These ARP head studs are a must for a boosted KA. This helps prevent blowing a head gasket from increased cylinder pressures that are created in a boosted engine. These studs help by having a much higher tensile strength (allot harder for the head to lift), which the stock torque to yield bolts don't provide. The process which the studs go under is far superior to 'aircraft' quality. This kit includes 10 ARP studs nuts and washers, as well as some ARP moly lube for installation.

These are the stock replacement studs that will require no extra machining to the block. If you are looking to make over 450-500 whp then take a look at the 11mm studs.

We torque these head stud nuts at 60-65 ft/lbs WITH the included Moly Lube.
